What is your return policy?

We gladly accept eligible returns that are received by us within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Please visit our Return Policy for complete details.

Do you offer exchanges?

Yes! We offer one exchange per order, based on availability. Exchange items must be received by us within 10 days of delivery. Items received through an exchange are considered final sale.

What items are final sale?

All sale items, jewelry, accessories, gift cards, linens, home show purchases, and pop-up purchases are final sale. Items purchased with store credit or received through an exchange are also final sale.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Please allow 2–3 business days for your order to be processed. Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3–5 business days, depending on the shipping method selected and your location. Carrier delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed.

How can I track my order?

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information that you can use to follow your package.

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time, we only ship within the United States.

How do I know what size to order?

Sizing may vary between brands and styles. Please refer to our Size Chart for general sizing guidance. For Miss Madigan styles, we also provide select garment measurements within the product description when available. If you have a question about the fit or measurements of a specific item, email us at shop@missmadigan.com and we'll be happy to help.

What if my item arrives damaged?

Please email us at shop@missmadigan.com within 3 days of receiving your order. Include photos of the damage and a brief description of the issue so we can assist you.

Are Miss Madigan prints exclusive?

Many of the prints featured in our Miss Madigan label are exclusive to us and created specifically for our collections. Our designs reflect our love of color, pattern, and thoughtful details.

How should I care for my Miss Madigan clothing?

Please follow the care instructions provided with your garment. Because fabrics and construction can vary by style, following the instructions for your specific piece will help keep it looking its best.
