Refund policy

Returns
We want you to love your purchase!  Please know that our sizes run differently between brands.  If you are unsure about sizing or have any questions please feel free to reach out to us on social media or shoot us an email at shop@missmadigan.com   We try to respond within the day.  If for any reason you aren't happy with your order, please send it back to us within our return policy.

 

**We gladly accept returns or exchanges.  Items must be received by us within 7 days of delivery unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached to be eligible for a refund or received by us within 10 days of delivery for an exchange.  Any returns postmarked after our return period will be rejected & the customer will have to pay any new shipping charges to have the merchandise returned to them.  SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE.  

We DO NOT pay for you to ship merchandise back to us or provide prepaid shipping labels.

If you qualified for FREE SHIPPING due to the amount of your original purchase & return items that change that qualification you will be charged for your initial shipping charges.  Those shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges
We are happy to offer one exchange per order, based on availability.  Items purchased with store credit or exchanged are final sale.

To keep things fair for all customers and maintain the integrity of our inventory, all exchanges are tied to the original purchase date and do not reset the return window.  We do not pull exchange items from our inventory until we receive your return.  If we are sold out of the item/size you have requested to make an exchange for we will issue a digital gift card. Items received through an exchange are considered final sale.

PORCH PICK-UPS

All returns for porch-pickups must be received by us within 7 days of fulfillment.  Please note, if you selected porch pick-up the return date is 7 days from the date of fulfillment NOT pick-up. 

ALL home show or pop-up purchases are FINAL SALE.  ALL jewelry, accessory, or gift card purchases are FINAL SALE. ALL items that are exchanged or purchased with store credit are FINAL SALE.  ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be UNWORN & UNLAUNDERED.  Items must be in the same condition that you received it.  Items cannot be returned as damaged if they have been worn.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

Damages

If you believe you received an item that is damaged, please email us at shop@missmadigan.com within 3 days of receiving your order.  Pictures of the damage should be included with a brief description of the problem.  We CANNOT accept returns of damaged items if we are not notified of this within 3 days of receipt.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.  Refunds are only given for merchandise, not for any shipping that was paid.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at shop@missmadigan.com.

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded, unfortunately sale items cannot be refunded.  ALL sale items are FINAL SALE.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift credit will be emailed to you.  Any exchanges that are made are FINAL SALE.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and they will find out about your return.

Shipping
To return your product, please ship your product to:

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.  It is up to the customer to confirm these times with your confirm these times with your carrier in order for your return to be received in our return window.  Customers may need to expedite shipping.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
