Miss Madigan needs 2-3 business days to process your order. Upon shipping, please expect your package to take 3-5 days for delivery, depending upon the shipping method you chose at checkout & your location. Please note, USPS only guarantees arrival dates if you purchase priority shipping. During holiday/high-level shipping times you should expect longer delivery windows. If you select expedited shipping at checkout that does not include our processing time. Please contact us prior to purchase if you need your item processed sooner to determine if that is possible. It is recommended that expedited shipping is purchased if you need your package by a certain date.
Miss Madigan is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. We supply customers with a tracking number once it has left our warehouse via email so customers can track their orders.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
